• By accessing or using any part of the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our https://www.gitchie.com/privacy.
• If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility

To access certain features of the Site—such as listing or reviewing trainers/coaches, leagues, organizations, facilities, or teams—you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Use. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Description of the Service

• Our Site is a sports directory providing information about trainers/coaches, leagues, organizations, training facilities, and teams.
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content (including, but not limited to, user-generated content, listings, or third-party links) provided by individuals or organizations listed on the Site.
• While we strive to keep all directory information up to date, accuracy cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that you use the information at your own risk.

5. User-Generated Content

• User Content. Users may have the ability to post, upload, publish, or otherwise make available certain information, such as reviews, comments, or photos (“User Content”).
• Rights You Grant. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such User Content in connection with the operation of the Site and the promotion of the Service.
• Responsibility for User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content you post.

Images may be sourced from public domain.
• Trademarks. The Gitchie.com, Stranlabs LLC, and associated logos are our trademarks. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission.
• Limited License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use and only as expressly permitted by these Terms.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

12. Termination

• Termination by Us. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
