Practices
- 1 team practice weekly
- Additional team practices may be added in off weeks or to prep for tournaments.
Skill Sessions
- Attendance will be taken at all skill sessions. Athletes will be expected to make an effort to attend sessions when they are available.
- This year we will be bringing in additional position specific coaches in order to have better flexibility in scheduling sessions.

- Travel and lodging expenses are additional.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Tournament information is subject to change based on availability, team needs, and organizational discretion.
- Practices will be scheduled at the discretion of the respective team’s head coach(es)
- Fees will not be reduced for players who do not participate in skills sessions.
- Multi-sport athletes are welcome!
